1. How spicy are the spice mix packs?
DHOL Spice Mix spice blends are tailored to a medium spice palette. On a scale of 1 to 10 it would be rated as a 4 or 5.
2. Is there wholesale availability?

3. Do you use DHOL Spice Mixes?
We absolutely do!! One of the reasons I created DHOL Spice Mix is to help family and friends create delicious Indian meals with ease. As a mom to two kids, I often use my own spice packs to test freshness and flavor profiles but also for how simple and stress free it makes cooking on busy days!
4. Where are the spice blends made?

All of the spice blends are mixed and packaged at a commercial kitchen in Orange, NJ. 

5. What spices are used to make your blends?

We use the same authentic Indian spices as we would if cooking at home! Each DHOL Spice Mix blend will satisfy a unique flavor profile depending on what you're cooking.  Our Popcorn Spice and Chai Spice are blends that can be used in a variety of ways.  It's fun trying out new ways to cook and enjoy snacks and that's what we hope to do for you with our spice mixes.
